Hey guys! Roxann here, and I want to say please excuse us for not having a blog post out for a while. I’ve spent the last 6 weeks closing on our new house, getting the house cleaned and painted, moving… lol It’s been a little stressful, but we are now in our new home just outside Orlando and LOVING IT! While we still have lots of boxes to unpack I’m at a point where I can get back into the swing of things with everything else.
On with the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake!
Joy was able to finally try this famous treat that Jim has been raving about on her last trip in November, and she discusses that and the rest of her meal at Liberty Tree Tavern on Episode 33 – “The Pineapple Princess Reviews Her Latest WDW Trip”.
Meanwhile, Jim prepared at at home version for his Thanksgiving dinner. While it wasn’t the same – is anything the same though when it’s not eaten IN the magic??? – he did feel like it was a good substitute.
