What do you bring home from your trips? Probably a whole lot of pictures! Here are a few ideas about what you can do with your pictures to help keep the memories alive:
First, if you used the Memory Maker package to get pictures from the theme parks, be sure to download those within 30 days. They will disappear after that! Once downloaded, be sure to back you Memory Maker photos up in a secure location such as Dropbox or Shutterfly. Memory Maker photos come with a personal usage license that allow you to print them from any online or in person printing service. You can also choose to order all of your photos on a disc if that’s easier, but we still recommend backing up your digital copies for long term use.
Don’t keep your photos in a digital lockup! We chatted about a few ways to use your photos to create tangible items that you and your family can enjoy year after year!
Interested in scrapbooking but not sure how to get started?
Project Life: allows you to keep your pictures and stories in one place, making it easier to document the moments that matter the most. App, digital, and physical. The app is particularly useful as it allows you to create pages directly in your photo while you wait in line, fly home, or hang out in your hotel room, leaving little delay for you to record any special moments you want to remember.
Creative Memories: Great for physical or digital scrapbooking
ShutterFly: Unlimited storage of your photos, plus the ability to create photobooks, keepsakes, cards and more! Shutterfly has a wide array of photobook options that allow you to be as minimal or creative as you want to be! Make your photobook once, and print multiple copies.
For Magically themed digital scrapbooking elements for documenting Your Disney or Universal vacation, we talked about Mousescrappers.com and Projectmouse . For inspiration check out the Project mouse pinterst page as well as Juls’s own gallery at Mousescrappers.
And one last thing we mentioned… Does anyone remember when Downtown Disney (now Disney Springs) had a Scrapbooking store?? This was from Roxann’s trip to Disney in 2008!
